Mr. Aditya Jain

Mr. Jain with a rich experience of more than a decade offers Business Advisory and Investment Research Services. He is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with over a decade of experience in Business Advisory, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. He was previously associated with ICICI Bank and an Investment Banking Firm.

After completing his education a decade ago, Mr. Jain started consulting and advising clients across NBFCs, Real Estate, Power, Hospitality, EPC and Logistics sectors to name a few. At Ativir, along with spearheading the Group activities, he consults clients from all sectors and scale. Over the years, he has successfully serviced numerous clients on a pan India basis.

Mr. Arpit Chhabra

Mr. Chhabra, has more than a decade of experience in corporate finance and credit rating. He's qualified chartered accountant, and has expertise in DA/PTC and structured funding transactions.
