Mr. Aditya Jain

Mr. Jain with a rich experience of more than a decade offers Business Advisory and Investment Research Services. He is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with over a decade of experience in Business Advisory, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. He was previously associated with ICICI Bank and an Investment Banking Firm.

After completing his education a decade ago, Mr. Jain started consulting and advising clients across NBFCs, Real Estate, Power, Hospitality, EPC and Logistics sectors to name a few. At Ativir, along with spearheading the Group activities, he consults clients from all sectors and scale. Over the years, he has successfully serviced numerous clients on a pan India basis.

Mr. Sarwan Poddar

Mr. Poddar with a rich experience of more than a decade aims to offer Business Advisory Services to clients from all sectors. With over a decade of experience in consulting, advisory and execution, he has led assignments end-to-end for clients. He has previously worked with ICICI Bank and PwC.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Mr. Poddar has been in the finance industry since 2005 and specialises in Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. At Ativir, he has serviced numerous clients from across sectors.

Mr. Amarlal Daultani

Mr. Daultani, with a rich experience of more than 40 years in banking industry, serves as a mentor at Ativir. He is a Post Graduate in Economics from Agra University. Mr. Daultani is a versatile banker and has vast experience in credit, forex and other general banking operations. He was the ex-Executive Director of Corporation Bank.

Mr. S. L. Murali

At Ativir, Mr. Murali looks after mid-corporate and retail clientele for Business Advisory. He brings over 35 years of experience in banking operations and previously was with Lakshmi Vilas Bank as its Branch Head at various locations across India. Mr. Murali is a CA-IIB & MBA in Finance.

Mr. Tapas Roy Choudhury

Mr. Choudhury, a qualified Chartered Accountant, is in charge of Financial Due Diligence at Ativir. He has over 35 years of experience in the fields of audit and assurance, banking, finance and accounts. Over the years, as a driving force, he and his team have worked on more than 50 Due Diligence assignments for clients across segments.

Mr. Kishor Nagvekar

Mr. Nagvekar looks after Financial Due Diligence and Financial Re-engineering. He has over 38 years of experience in the fields of audit and assurance, banking, forex, finance and accounts. He is a graduate from Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking (CAIIB).

Mr. R. Raghavendrachar

Mr. Raghavendrachar plays an active role in Debt Advisory. He has over 38 years of experience in the Finance and Banking Sector. He is a graduate from Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking (CAIIB).

Ms. Sonam Desai

Ms. Desai is a Credit Analyst at Ativir and has over six years of work experience. Her core strengths are financial analysis and presentation as per investors requirement. She also assists in collecting information / data from market and other sources for drafting project information memorandum and in preparation of financial projection / CMA.

Mr. Sudhir Mishra

Mr. Mishra handles execution of transactions for eminent clientele along with other professionals. He has been a part of Ativir and has successfully closed several transactions over the years. He is an MBA in Finance.

Mr. Ankit Jain

Mr. Jain, a qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary is a Compliance Officer at Ativir with over five years of work experience. Analytics, marketing and execution are his core skills and over the years he has grown to be a key member of the Transaction Advisory team in the Company.

Ms. Priya Gandhi

Ms. Gandhi looks after client relationships and servicing initiatives, drives business growth along with addressing new opportunities across different verticals. With over seven years of experience in the industry, her interpersonal communication and organisational skills are her strengths and has proven beneficial in developing and maintaining long-term relationship with clients. She is an MBA in finance.

Ms. Richa Jain

Ms.Jain has been with Ativir for over four years and is responsible for project appraisals in the company. She brings varied experience in Financial & Credit Analysis which has further evolved over the years. Ms. Jain is an MBA in Finance.

Ms. Neha Godha

Ms. Godha is a qualified Company Secretary with work experience of 2 years. Compliance with SEBI Guidelines, Companies Act, 2013 and maintenance of corporate governance has been her core strength.
